It was a 1989 murder and now there was two trials as you know.

First one ended in a hung jury because jury couldn't

decide between murder and manslaughter and in 1996 the second trial took place

and the boys were convicted of murder and they were

sentenced to life in prison without parole. They have been incarcerated for 35 years.

Their defense was that they were abused,

sexually abused by their father.

And they were claiming their defense was,

we were gonna be murdered

because we were about to graduate, go to college.
