I will be playing the Hunt Achiller Murder Mystery Game based on the Mystery of Hunters

Lodge by Agatha Christie.

Now my much beloved and late partner, Catherine Brobeck, and I did cover the Mystery of Hunters

Lodge years and years ago in one of our earlier episodes of the podcast.

This is a puro short story that Agatha Christie wrote in the early 20s.

This is one of the first puro story she wrote.

It was among those selected to be published in the first puro short story collection,

puro investigates, which was first published in 1924 in the UK and in 1925 in the US.

And in this case, the US publication may be the more important one because I do not

think it is a coincidence that the Hunt Achiller people who create murder mystery games

and all sorts of other game experiences based on source material from various authors.

I believe they also do some original games as well.

I do not think it is a coincidence that the Mystery of Hunters Lodge, the game they chose

as their source material, recently came into the public domain in the United States.

That said, this game has the official blessing of Agatha Christie limited.

So I'm in no way suggesting that the Hunter Killer people are doing something that the

Agatha Christie estate does not condone, they in fact do condone it.

That is verifiable.

And I think really interesting.
