Summary

Double, double toil and trouble.... It's time for a second--and much closer--look at the grand estate of Chimneys and its many, many (no really: many) secrets! (Don't worry, that Macbeth quote will make more sense once you listen.) I had more fun than I've had in a long time creating this episode. I also missed my dear partner Catherine Brobeck so very acutely.... I wish she could have done this with me.

We would talk about how we were very grumpy when we read and reviewed the novel for the

podcast.

This is true, and I am finally getting around to making good on this promise slash threat.

1:07.9

Today is the day I will be revisiting the Secret of Chimneys by Agatha Christie, and

1:13.8

perhaps giving this book the justice it deserves.

1:16.8

But I should note up top that there is a more proximate trigger for my reading of the Secret

1:23.6

of Chimneys.

1:24.6

It is that I was honored to be a guest on a new Agatha Christie Focus podcast, so obviously

1:31.2

I wanted to let all of you know about this new podcast.

1:35.0

It's called Tea and Murder.

1:37.2

It is hosted by Rebecca Tondin-Norman, who is a huge Agatha Christie fan.

1:42.6

She contacted me some months ago and said, hey, would you be willing to come onto my new

1:47.6

Agatha Christie podcast as a guest?
