I have been meaning to cover this one for a while now.

I am so excited that the day is finally here.

But before I get into manks gold, I'd like to deal with a little bit of housekeeping.

I was especially pleased to hear your visitation of the secret of chimneys a few days ago.

Despite its many flaws, I've always had a soft spot for it.

But one thing you did not mention, and that I've always found interesting, is that her

fictional country of Herzoslovakia seems very much inspired by Serbia, the Serbia of the

early 1900s I mean.

Two points make me believe this.

First, at the beginning of the century, the Serbian king Alexander Obranović decided

to marry a former lady in waiting of his mother's named Draga Masin.
