Today's Practice:
1. Notice your whole, entire body.
2. Imagine that you have a bigger body that surrounds your entire body.
3. Be that bigger body.
Live from and AS the bigger body, witnessing the regular body, its thoughts, and its world from this expanded (and more natural) perspective. This is very similar to the practice from the panning out episode-- just approached from a different angle! Get back, or hover above, or pan out, or live in the bigger body, or live as the spiritual body--- do what it takes to continuously recognize that you are more than that body!
