We are live here at Waterpalooza on the podcast and creator stage.

It is Saturday morning, it's 9 a.m. and I am joined now by the two guys leading the way for proven fitness.

Shane Orr, Nick Johnson. How are you guys doing?

Very well. The last few days have been nice and warm, but today we're received with a bit of cooler weather.

So we're adapting, as I can see, everyone's rugged up, but I think it's going to get warmer throughout the day.

So obviously, Waterplusa, big competition week for all the brands in this space.

What is kind of the focus for proven here, both from an athlete perspective and brand perspective?

Yeah, I think the cool thing is

we've got our whole team here finally um this guy came back from vacation finally from australia so we've got

everybody uh we've do got the booth over there so everybody that hasn't seen that yet we'd love to see you

guys but as far as our athletes we do have a good crew here on the team and individual side

so we've got yesterday sydney nick uh Nicole a couple of our athletes, we do have a good crew here on the team and individual side. So we've got yesterday, Sydney, Nick, Nicole, a couple of our athletes there. And then obviously Brooke and some others, Nick Matthews will be doing team as well. So we've got a good representation here. Shane hasn't been back with us to Waterpluze in a few years. So it's been good to have his face over there we're having a great time yeah no doubt and you mentioned the the vacation you're just back from

Australia some big news you get you and Tia starting a family going to be parents

congratulations thank you so much that's it's awesome you can hear people clapping in the

background what has been the response so far because obviously that's big news

you guys are two big names in the sport and and that's kind of a cool thing to share with the

community. It is. And absolutely excited, right? Like this is, it's one of those things and we're

well aware of it, but it's like one of those things, there's never a right time. But but I don't know this feels right for us as

well you know I think and I'm sure Tia will express this many times over on the podcast

that she's been a part of but the last couple of years she's always reinvented herself

or thought about her new reason for why why to compete and all this good stuff and
