Canadian pairs figure skater, a very successful one at that.

Perhaps because she is plant-based, Megan Doohammel, I had an opportunity to catch up with her

while she was skating over there at the games and during our chat the thing that really

struck me was the incredible lengths that she is going to to maintain her plant-based

diet over there.

If there was ever any athlete who was super committed to staying vegan, it's definitely going

to be Megan and she's just a wonderful human being at that.
