What have I been doing? Well, I've been painting and laboring and eating not good food and I've not been running and I've not been sleeping and I've not been relaxing. So I'm a pretty tired boy to be honest at the minute.

I'd like to say at this particular point that

contrary to how we normally record the show we're sat opposite each other in a hotel

room in the Tower Hotel overlooking St Catherine's docks we we normally record in separate places so yeah we sat face to face longingly gazing

gazing into each other's eyes. For those people who remember the comrades show, we put a photo on the show notes, remember

when we were in a double bed, it's not quite as cozy as though.

It is. When your wife posts a tweet that you're not expecting. Like real time information? You found out? Before most people.

It's absolutely priceless. Yeah Yeah so I suddenly started getting some

messages on my phone Wednesday at the expo. Congratulations, congratulations.

And then I checked Twitter and my beautiful wife, Liz, put a message out saying that we are expecting

twins. Wow, congratulations, mate. It's great news. I guess the most important thing to ask is, are they yours?
