This is a first in the over 900 episodes of Talkies here. We've done a lot of paranormal

shows, there are a lot of ghost type shows and hauntings and both of my guests have been

on the show. Jeff Waldridge was on the Deathmatch show that we did and of course Lenny,

Dr. Luther has been on quite a few times. But this is the first. We're sitting in the

dark here in the middle of the haunted Anderson Hotel in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. And I

got to tell you guys, I've had a few ghost shows that I've done and you can tell the difference

between, oh, how to go show and like feeling really unsettling. This is very, very unsettling

to be sitting in the middle of this dark room in the middle of this haunted hotel. You

can feel it. It's very heavy. It's very heavy. It's got a heavy vibe to it. You don't know

who's looking at you. You know, you don't know who's listening. Well, and Jeff, you are

kind of the Ipsophacto caretaker of the Anderson. I kind of tell us your background how

you ended up letting us in here in the middle of the night. There's some keys and locks

involved. Once again, there's no power in here. They actually had to give me some batteries

to put in the back of my Zoom recorder so I can record. Yeah, I don't know if that's

like a great title to have because I mean, you have to come into this place by yourself

quite a bit. You're taking care of it. I kind of fell into that role several years ago.

And then I left probably around 2016. They were going to turn it into a haunted house.

So you know, okay, cool. I'd investigate it. Halloween haunted. Yeah. So, you know,

I'd investigate this place to that point probably over 300 hours. So I was like, okay, that's

fine. Whatever you got to do. So then probably last year, last November, I had a investigation

event planned at another. It's a stored place here in Lawrenceburg. That fell through.

So I contacted the owner and I was like, would you be interested if I did it at the hotel
