turnaround by Mike Vrable and crew to go from 4 and 13 to now 17 and 3 going into this game on

Sunday. All right. So, Ben, that's really curious because one thing for me to say that, but you live

with that team. You've seen that team. You're with them in training camp. You've covered the league since

2007. Look, I understand that Mike Vrable is a force of nature and he's got that culture, but you yourself said it. Even you can't believe it. How did they do it? Well, first of all, look, they've been sprinkled in magic unicorn dust all year. Every single move they've made has worked out. Hiring Josh McDaniels has been a home run.

No one has played in this scheme before on the team. None of the coaches other than McDaniels have

been in this scheme. For it to come together this quickly, there were 31st in points last year,

second in points this year, and Drake May is an MVP finalist. It's just, so the offense has been

unbelievable. Hiring Mike Grable,

total grand slam knocked it out of the park. That was, you know, the move they had to make

coming off Gerard Mayo. Every free agent move they made, Milton Williams, Robert Spillane on

defense, Stefan Diggs on offense, Morgan Moses, every free agent addition has been a good fit. They've all fit in well.
