He was hired on January 27th. He originally joined the Bill's coaching staff in 2022.

He was their coordinator offensively for the last two years.

He won a national championship at LSU as the passing game coordinator back in 2019.

Of course, I'm talking about Joe Brady.

So tell me, what has the last week been like as a first-time head pro coach and having a firstborn my guy are

you getting any sleep whatsoever and how would you describe the last week i don't i don't know if you

ever really get sleep in this profession as you know so uh um it's uh it's it's it's it's been it's

it's the norm usually maybe in the off season you kind of get caught up but we're just rolling

straight from the season but uh no i'm loving. This is exactly where I wanted to be. And that's my, they are right there. And I'm loving life. How good is that, right? How good is that outlook right there? Oh, that's probably the, I think the fact that they were able to get my son actually looking at a camera. That's as good as it gets right there.

Yeah, I was going to say, I get that. I remember those days. I remember those days. So, Joe, let me ask you that you spoke at length that you're a presser about working with Josh Allen. I thought it was really significant that Josh attended the event, given that he had just had foot surgery and he was on crutches. How would you describe that relationship you have with Josh?
