We've got crowds passing in front of us. We've got all these bright lights, ads everywhere.

And I believe I detect the fate, scent of trash and hot dogs.

I mean, it's easy to make fun of Times Square, but look, they got ads for M&Ms and Coca-Cola.

Where else will you find this concentration of advertisements in the world?

So the reason we're in Times Square is that this is where you want to go when you want to make a big deal out of something.

When you want to make it splashy, when you want to show the world, I'm thinking like New Year's Eve or the MTV Awards.

You set up a stage here and you broadcast it to a billion people.

It takes any old boring beige thing and it takes it up enough.

Did you just say beige?
