And you're going to want to put little leader somewhere in there so I can find it. How's it going, Baves? Happy Friday. It finally got me after three years. I have COVID. For the very first time, what a bummer.

1:12.0

We had to move our LA show, which we did not want to do obviously, but you know, we had to. So luckily we were able to move the show to next month, September 14. We hope to see you there.

1:25.0

I've been pretty open always. I feel like on this show about my health anxiety in the past. I mean, we go back years, right? So I figured I would share my COVID experience just in case any of you have also maybe not had it and are nervous about it. No, obviously this is just my experience.

1:44.0

Madison and I, we were recording last Thursday and I was I was pretty tired. I had been traveling. I'd gone back from New York like two days before and then I last minute went with my sister and her friend to the Taylor Swift concert. So I figured, you know, maybe I'm just exhausted, but then I started to feel pretty achy towards the end of Thursday night.

2:06.0

And then Friday, I woke up. I felt like shit, like, you know, full body aches. And it was pretty much just like that all day. But then the next day I woke up. I felt way better every day since then. I have felt more and more normal. It legitimately to me felt just like the flu.

2:23.0

The flu, grateful that it wasn't worse. Also, while I'd prefer to have never had it, it took away the anxiety of like, what's it going to be like when you have it because you hear so many horror stories. And again, I know it's different for everyone. And I know people that I've had COVID multiple times. And sometimes it's been kind of more mild like this. And sometimes it's been more intense. But hey, grateful to the alive, grateful to feel good enough to record poor Madison.

2:52.0

I thought she was in the clear because she pretty much made it all weekend without any sort of symptoms. And then she started feeling not good. And I was like, take a test. And so she took a test. It's negative. And she's like, but this also doesn't make any sense because I feel like garbage. And she's had COVID before. So she knows kind of what it feels like. And she took another test later that day. And sure enough, she had it.

3:16.0

And she got actually crazy, like very different symptoms than I had. Like she got a super sore throat and super congested. Just a mystery. Just one of those mysterious viruses. Everybody I texted was like, wait, what? Because everyone in all of my friend groups has had COVID. And I have been around so many people while they were sick with COVID and didn't know it. And I just never gotten it. And I of course had some like cult leader God complex going on in my head.

3:46.0

Where I'm like, well, guess I'm just one of the chosen ones. Guess I'll just never get it. Probably can't. I don't know, but no, sure enough. I was humbled. All right. Let's move on to let's move on actually first to one of the most bizarre headlines of the week. It says Florida woman, which sounds like an obituary episode Florida woman, accused of murdering roommate, then dumping diet mountain dew on herself to hide evidence.

4:11.8

The woman had reportedly asked for the drink after police told her they wanted to test her DNA. This is from Liam Quinn for people. And it says quote, a Florida woman allegedly poured diet mountain dew over herself in an attempt to get rid of evidence after she allegedly stabbed her roommate to death, according to multiple reports.

4:31.0

Nicole Max 35 is charged with first degree murder and was booked into Luzia County jail on August 5th. A month earlier on July 1st, a Daytona Beach police officer responded to a house on fire. Fox 35 reported inside the officer found the body of Michael Sarah Sully 79 max roommate, which I already have a lot of questions about other parts of this story, but it says CBS Miami reported that Sarah Sully was found with stab wounds to his torso inside the room.

5:01.0

And with his body were two cell phones and a bloody knife for a guy's 79 years old police allegedly found Max and Holly Hill Florida the next morning holding a knife and a hammer with blood on her leg, citing an arrest affidavit. The three outlets said that Max allegedly gave conflicting answers about where she lived. Police then told Max they would test her DNA according to the affidavit that's when the affidavit alleges she asked for a drink and was given a diet mountain dew.

5:27.6

According to the affidavit soon after Max poured the soda onto herself in what police alleged was an attempt to wash the blood from her leg before it could be tested. According to the various reports, authorities eventually tested the DNA on the bloody knife discovered at the scene and found that Sarah Sully's blood was allegedly found on the blade while Max DNA was found on the handle.

5:48.4

Max is currently in custody at Felicia County jail and is being held without bond according to jail records. In addition to murder, she is also charged with tampering with evidence and resisting arrest with violence.

6:00.3

It's not immediately clear if she has retained an attorney or entered pleas to the charges that she faces.

6:06.5

I was trying to find more information like why were these two roommates? I mean, there's just such a big age gap. Maybe this person was running out of room or something, but from what I gather from that story,

6:17.4

it sounds like she killed this man and tried to burn the place down. They said they responded to a fire, right? Sad. Also, mountain dew. It can do a lot of things, but it can't do that, but picture I'm saying it like DEW.

6:31.8

But it can't do that. You get it? Everybody loves it. Everyone is in hysterics.

6:39.0

Another equally bizarre tragedy. This is awful. I was watching the sentencing video for this woman.
