0:06.8	I love Yale.
0:07.8	I love New Haven and it was a lot of fun to be back
0:09.8	to see a bunch of old friends.
0:12.0	I saw one friend and I said to him,
0:13.7	I have been telling a story about you for years
0:16.8	as an illustration of a point about careers.
0:19.7	But I've always wondered if I have the facts exactly right.

0:35.2	This was a friend I had in law school,
0:36.8	a guy with whom I worked on the Yale Law Journal.
0:39.8	He did very well as a law student
0:41.5	and as we approach graduation,
0:43.2	he'd been accepted for a very prestigious position
0:45.9	as a clerk for a judge on the Court of Appeals.
0:49.0	Now I knew this guy was a great student
