0:45.7	and how we sometimes can reach out with our hands to a texture that can give us comfort and
0:51.4	reassurance. Children have their beloved stuffed animals and blankets, and so do adults.
0:58.4	For instance, my own sister, Elizabeth, the co-host of the Happier with Gretchen Rubin podcast,
1:03.6	has her blankie. She still sleeps with her blankie today and says that in an emergency,
1:09.9	after her family, she'd grab her blankie. A friend told me, my aunt works in palliative care,
1:17.0	and she told me they recently put in a big order for light, cuddly blankets. They realized it was
1:22.4	really comforting for people to have something soft and warm to hold on to.
