I'm okay. I've just had the very bad cold that everyone has had.

And actually, it's still a bit with me.

And so I'm sorry if I sound a bit downbeat it's been absolutely horrible I mean really horrible I left the house today

for the first time in like four and a half days which is just always such a weird feeling but I will

tell you why I left the house and that was to go and buy some mince pies so that we could have a

mince pie for this our Christmas recording session. Yeah, and I have a mince pie too.

Well, I don't like to self-define as being misophonic because I think that, I don't think it's like to the level of a pathology and I and I

slightly I think a lot of people love to have a condition when it's like they don't quite have it

you know but anyway we haven't described what it is I I basically get very annoyed by certain sounds

particularly eating noises they They drive me crazy.

I think, I mean, listen, I don't think it has to be pathology levels to play a significant
