Hi, Carrie. I'm okay. I spent today planning my trip to Paris in a couple of weeks, which was a very, very uplifting way to spend the day.

I mean, I didn't spend the whole day, unfortunately.

I also had to work, but that was the bit of the day I was the most interested in.

Yeah, well, as you know, I just came back from Paris, and I am not exaggerating when I say that

I think I felt joy for the first time in two years.

It was amazing.

Oh, yeah. You're going to have the best time.

I can't wait. And I'm seeing a couple of really old friends and we're just going to have some amazing dinners. I'm going to go see that Georgia O'Keefe. I'm going to go see something at the Foundation Louis Vuitton. I'm going to go to the Palais de Tokyo. And just, yeah, it's going to be amazing. I'm going to walk around the city by myself and, like, read a book and drink a coffee

and write in my notebook. Ther old for you. Like I'm 18, you know?

Yeah. What about you? How are you? Yeah, well, I'm back from Paris and on a high. I had a great time. But I also bought a new pair of boots.

Love boots. And I realized I have been wearing the same pair of boots since 2018. I mean, there was big

hiatus from them during the pandemic, but I really didn't buy any clothes during the pandemic, which I was

feeling kind of smug and proud about.

But actually, it felt really great to buy these boots, and I've been loving wearing them.

And it turns out maybe I do like consumerism.

Clothes are great.

Fashion is a beautiful way to express yourself.

Yeah, that's what my therapist says.

I think I like your therapist. She's good. I just bought,
