Self-care to me is just being present. It's being authentic and honoring your

individuality by living your best life and not being too hard in yourself. Self-care is multifaceted,

Ultimately, I believe it's allowing yourself to be free.

One of my best self-care tips I do is definitely just crying I think that as black women

beauty and vulnerability in knowing that you can't take on everything that's placed
