It was such an awesome experience to interview women with extremely diverse backgrounds.

Storytelling builds bridges and even more importantly community.

Hearing women share their stories about love, loss, achievement, growth and triumph

should remind us all how essential conversation and sisterhood is.

We're taking a little break, but when Hey Girl returns, you can expect more episodes centered

around self-care, women in business, nutrition, mental health, and so much more.

I'm really excited to sit down with our future guests and get the conversation started.
