Being extremely hard on ourselves is very common in the kind of high stress and anxiety space

because that's kind of what got us there in the first place. Now I love using the word curiosity.

So when I get into these instances, I go to a curious place and say, is this necessary?

Does it really impact other people? Do I really care the people that are impacted?

Do I really care what they think? It's so much of our struggle in life is caring massively

about what other people think of us. And the reality is that for me, there's a handful of people

in the world that actually can affect my emotions in terms of what I think. And so

you know, catering to everybody else is to my own detriment.
