Summary

Amy Moffett Brown is the bubbly co-host of the wildly popular Bobby Bones Radio Show that airs out of Nashville, Tennessee. At first blush, Amy looks like she has it all--fun job, happy family, partner in successful non-profits. 1:05.9	podcast live. And it's been so fun to watch that online. I hope I can go to one of her
1:10.4	live recording sometime. She actually came on one of my first lives we ever did in Nashville
1:17.8	several years ago. And she's just been a huge cheerleader of New Day and of me personally.
1:23.5	In this episode, we dive into Amy's story of losing her mother to cancer. And since this
1:28.3	episode, she went on to lose her father to cancer as well. And recently has navigated
1:33.5	a divorce. And Amy really knows how to stand and walk and breathe and do it with a lot
1:40.2	of joy, which really she started a whole business inside thing that has to do with walking
1:47.2	and joy with grief, which you'll hear about today. She shares with us her journey of finding
1:51.6	meaning and purpose in the mist of tragedy and how she's been able to use that to help
