He sold his first company by age 19, earned his pilots license at age 21, consulted successful startups in branding and strategy, worked in IT at Hewlett Packard, and took part in learning and development at Sony Playstation.

So one of the things I think about when I think about creating change is that I've seen

this a lot where people are very romantic or nostalgic about the person that they used to be or the place that they grew up and

they feel like it's unethical or it's out of integrity for them to leave the person that they

were behind in the past where it actually is.

And I've seen people limit themselves, like I can never do X because I'm just this type of person

from this type of background.

And as long as somebody's referencing their previous self,

their childhood, as a reference point of who they can become,
