And know that this podcast doesn't follow any kind of sequence. I do follow a weekly theme. But even within a weekly theme, each

episode is unique. Every Sunday I start off a brand new series with a mindset and visualization for what the

new week's theme is all about. And then on Monday I share an affirmation to help you with your mindset all week

long and then on Tuesday we focus on your body and your breath. I always share a

breathing technique and on Wednesday we do a moodra which is often referred to as

Thursday we do a chakra focus, or really Thursday, I often share another visualization mindset type of meditation. Friday we combine everything

into one meditation. All those techniques we layer them together and then Saturday is always

a reflection back over the week so you can celebrate your big wins and think of areas in your life you would like to improve.
