It is raining outside total overcast, very gray day, and I turned off the heat this week because it has been so spring-like outside. So my house is chilly. I just made myself a boiling hot cozy cup of lavender camel meal tea, put some
0:49.3	honey in from some family friends of ours. They make honey so they give us jars every time every year and I just
0:57.1	put a big scoop of their honey in here and oh my lord the energy the coziness, the ambience at the moment is exactly, exactly right.
1:10.3	So hello and welcome back to today's coffee talk. I want to give out some advice. I opened up the floor for any listeners to send in anything that they were wanting to talk about or get advice on.
1:23.6	And I thought that I could make this a fun mini-series within our coffee talks is almost like

1:28.8	And over tea, we will talk about some of the harder things in life and some of the things that we might be struggling with and I will give my two cents and open up the floor too to anybody listening to give their input or their advice on the matter but when it's not personal when it's not you really going through
1:44.7	something sometimes we can get the objective point of view that we can't always
1:49.3	get when it's us going through the thing, if that makes sense.
