| 0:29.4 | Even if you're not someone who normally meditates, this is for you. |
| 0:32.9 | I've created this because I was always really uncomfortable myself with meditations. |
| 0:38.3 | Like I have a hard time emptying my mind. |
| 0:41.6 | I have a hard time not thinking about anything. |
| 0:44.9 | And after I had my brain scanned, I realized you know we don't all have the type of brain |
| 0:49.6 | that can slow down without stimulus. |
| 0:52.9 | For some of us when there is no stimulus, our brains go a million miles per hour. |
| 0:57.7 | I needed to find an alternative methodology to help me slow my brain down and to feel |
| 1:04.3 | more relaxed. |
| 1:05.3 | And so I discovered that when I would take a walk out in nature and put on headphones |
| 1:12.2 | and listen to audiobooks or quotes that were very relaxing with peaceful music and in doing |
| 1:20.4 | so I found that I was able to relax. |
| 1:22.8 | I was able to kind of unplug from all of the thoughts, all of the things. |
| 1:27.7 | And it was really useful for me. |
| 1:29.7 | Now you're going to find the best way to practice this. |
