So essentially this Facebook post is one of the attendees from our Tulum event is saying that

he wants to raise capital. And he's asking how to go about this in a way where he gains

credibility and confidence, right? The two things that you are lacking if you haven't raised

capital before.

And his Facebook post is asking, how do I best go about that? So there are two strategies that I want to share in today's podcast episode that hopefully you guys will get a lot of value from.

And also a piece of advice at the end that comes on the tail end of his Facebook post.

But I'll share that at the end of the episode. And first, let's focus on how he's kind of setting this up and structuring his question. So I can give you

guys the two tips right out the gate. He is saying, I myself have the funds to be an LP

and someone else's syndication. I want to gain my own credibility over time by showing that I've

partnered with a GP in the past and hopeful that the

GP will become an LP and something I have in the future. All right. So this member is exactly where
