Oh man, oh man, we got Mike and Bo in the building. What is up, gentlemen? How are y'all?

We got two for one special. Everybody. What's happening, man? How you doing today? Right on.

We're here. Doing good, man, doing good. So, y'all are a perfect poster child example of just

sticking to one thing and say no to everything else, right? Exactly. Not exactly.

Man, I'll let y'all, I let, so I'll introduce y'all to the audience to a degree. So I'm

scrolling through Instagram and I like to view everybody's ads. And so I saw y'all's ads pop up for

what you're doing. And I was just like, oh, man, these guys are like, really, this is a well-done ad.

And I went through your funnel and everything. And I was like, these guys rock. Like, I want to be

friends with them. And so now I DM'd y'all. And I was like, y'all should come on the pod. And now

here we are. Man, any, and I tell people the same thing. Any real estate investor that is just, oh, I've got the secrets and I'm going to hoard them and I don't want to interact with any other real estate investors.

Like, that guy or girl is full of crap.

It's always the people that are just like, dude, real, recognize real, let's hang out.

Those are the fun ones.

And so I'll let y'all introduce yourselves because you got a bunch of stuff going on.

I don't know what order you want to

take it in, but we'll have a good time. Right. Yeah, Mike and I have been best friends for probably

25 years. Mike's a few years older than me. We both graduated high school just down the road from here,

four miles from our hometown here in Arizona. First got to know Mike, He was in the Rotary Club at 18 years old with a bunch of old cats, and one of them was my dad. But he owned his own video store at 18 years old,

started in laundromats, car washes, that sort of thing. I was in a bread distribution company.

And we were just like-minded guys that talked quite a bit. And then in 2015, we decided to become business partners. We, for probably the

15 years before that, we just talk business on a daily basis, just all the time, talk about

his furniture stores. I've got a swimming pool company. I have a bread distribution company.
