So a lot of real estate friends, you'll still have a lot of real estate episodes on the show,

but I also really am interested in buying businesses, starting businesses, selling businesses,

everything in entrepreneurship. I am obsessed with it. And when it comes to cash flow, I will say this, real estate

is great for building equity, but there is not much that's going to beat the cash flow ability
