last night it's right next to me it is called change your brain change your life it's by Dr Aeman, and I actually got it. I'd heard it.

I'd heard a lot about it from a lot of different people. And then I was listening to

while I was out and listening to that podcast yesterday and I'm already it's a 400 page book I'm almost halfway through and I just guys I cannot get enough I feel like I have been

Um it really connects to so many different areas of your life including like

spirituality and faith and stuff and there's like even a Daniel Plun like it's

actually really cool but it's not a like Christian book necessarily anyways

it's really, really incredible

and it's just been such a highlight of my week,

even though it just started yesterday.
