The pain line usually shows up in businesses. I call them factors of three.

300,000 in revenue.

900,000 in revenue. 2.7 million. Why?

Because at each level of growth, it requires you to learn a new skill to scale.

And you won't have the time in your calendar to develop those skills if you don't learn to buy it back.

It's not about working harder. If it was working harder than a lot of hustlers would have

great businesses. When you feel your pain line, there's one of three things you got to do.
