First of all, thank you to all of you who have been continuously emailing us, letting us know who you are and why you listen.

We've been doing an informal poll trying to identify all the different podcast listeners because we realize that we probably

are attracting a lot more than just normal. You know, the real estate agency originally started

doing this podcast for all those years ago. And guess what we're discovering? We indeed have.

So Tim Ventura, if you're listening, our show producer, he was right.

He thought that we have started attracting a broader entrepreneur, business owner type audience.

And it seems to me that we have.

The numbers, we're not sure.

But we're thinking that of the 100 to 200,000 that listen on a regular basis,

we're probably attracting at

least a third of you guys that aren't even in the real estate business.
