We have had a huge, huge increase in a podcast lesson since we started our series on the phases of the real estate,

what are we calling it, real estate reset, and now the 14 ways of recession-proofing your

business and your life, a huge increase in people downloading, which tells me that we

were absolutely spot on.

Here's the thing.

You guys must have already been feeling it and thinking it, and we were just basically

telling you or giving you some suggestions how to respond to it, which is exactly what

should have happened back in 06 and 07 on a broad scale.

When the wheels started coming off the wagon I remember and this this

happened I if we go all the way back there was another little you know there's a tech crash

whatever happened right around the you know 2000 at 99 to 2000 and and I remember when

we were selling real estate where there was another recession actually when julie I first started

getting into real estate we're at the tail end of a recession so we've been through arguably three of these but really there was another recession, actually, when Julie and I first started getting into real estate, we're at the tail end of a recession.
