Charlie, I wanted to start off with this is the question is always performance versus result.

Oh, you want a result in the first test of the series. You want to set the tone for the rest of the series and laid an an marker. I think the performance is secondary. We've been looking for sort of hints of the performance and synergy building over the, that's what the, but that's what the, that's what the tour games are for, right? And now it becomes all about the result. And the lions were convincing enough to do the job. There was glimmers of fun stuff in there. There was glimmers. Yeah, they were potentially some of their best glimmers, right? I think. And that was enough that the intensity was always going to go up. And I think the lions met that. And I think that you think about about some of the certainly some of the attacking passages they put together the skill that Finn Russell

orchestrated things with the intensity that Tyburn and Tom Curry brought that was some of

their best stuff and it had to be in the opening test of series and and it's got them the result. Charlie used the magic S word there, Synergy. And that is what we are all about here. So you're going to be getting just piping hot takes from Charlie and me. You're also going to be getting some word from the ground. You know, it's all about the teamwork here. I mean, we've seen the Lions come on tours, I guess, before.

I have so much promised potential and not deliver when it really matters.

And I was so impressed by that first half performance.

I mean, everything that Andy Farrell wanted from this side, and in particular, it's back-roo selections, which prompted a bit of criticism on social media from pundits, both backing Tom Curry and Tyke Byrne to be, you know, to back their big game mentality and instinct and they delivered

in spades, particularly Tom Curry. I mean, I can't remember a more physically dominant, heroically

courageous, and also just, just relentless in everything he did was tackles, his afters, he made a mess of the breakdown,

he scored a try, and you know, you're looking for a player on the tour like this to set the tone.

You need someone like Tom Curry, and he led the way magnificently.
