Here we go. So now we've covered that. Let's talk a little bit about this fortune article because it was very, very interesting and they echoed a lot of the things we shared in the cast and many of our ideas as well.

So yeah, I literally, I tried to figure out how to do this because we've never done this before where we referred so directly to a particular, you know, periodical.

But it just kept stunning me, this article point after point

of point. So basically what we've done here is we've gone through and

the points that I found really powerful I just excerpted them and I want to talk about

each one of them. Okay so the first one, Accenture, the consulting firm, the management consulting firm here

in the U.S.

Of course, they're global, they just happen to be headquartered in Grand Cayman or something.

Accenture will hire 50,000 people this year.

And by the way, if you think that's a big number, folks,

Home Depot is going to hire 80,000 people in the year 2010.

I know, I know nobody's hiring, but these companies are.

50,000 is a lot.

That's a lot of people.

But here's the kicker.

They're director of worldwide recruiting, I think that's his title, I could be wrong. the That's amazing and I mean that is just amazing. Those are actual numbers 50,000 people this year

40% through the social media do the math that's 20,000 people through social media this year
