And the Lakers are a night away from wrapping up their preseason, six games this preseason. The longest, or one of the the longest in the NBA. And it's been a

productive one, Mike, and you just wrote a piece for lacers.com, kind of talking about the

Lakers approach to this preseason. You are out there in Palm Springs. That's always a fun one.

Lakers go out to Pichanga to, you know, play that exhibition game. Your thoughts as we wrap up this

preseason? Yeah, so the team

went to Pichanga and then had like a team event and now the team is as we're recording currently

en route from Pichanga, closer to Temecula out to the all the way in Palm Springs, where it is

exactly 100 degrees at time of recording, which

seems hot for this time of year. But I was trying to figure out the team going in these two

often disparate paths of managing minutes, but then still trying to build cohesion. And throughout a preseason, that can be hard to do.

Austin and LeBron only playing two of the four games and only playing about a half in each.

AD actually playing in four of the five so far and being the staple.

Other players that are new, like Gabe Vincent only playing three.

It's been different pieces in different spots as to what I think we're going to see in the regular season.

And yet, the encouraging part of that is that it somehow has all looked pretty good.
