On the outside, the Scheibers looked like the perfect Southern family.

Lindsay Scheiber, a former beauty queen, Robert Schiver, a former Auburn football player,

three children, and a second home in the Bahamas.

But investigators say while the family vacationed in paradise, their marriage was falling apart behind closed doors.

Authorities now accuse Lindsay Schiever of conspiring with her alleged lover, Terence Bethel, and alleged hitman, Ference Newbold, Jr., to kill her husband.

And police say the case broke open after investigators searching a phone during an

unrelated break-in, discovered WhatsApp messages allegedly featuring photos of Robert Schiver and a message
