Summary

Female founded, owned, and operated, Odele was created by Lindsay Holden, Britta Chatterjee, and Shannon Kearney, with the mission of uncomplicating and democratizing the beauty space. With the co-founders’ extensive experience in retail, marketing, and manufacturing, Odele brings clean, premium, and inclusive haircare products to families nationwide via one of the most trusted retailers, Target. Intending to streamline haircare, Odele provides a selection of nine products, categorized by color, with both researched-backed benefits and hair type sustainability marked on the packaging, making navigation between regimen options clear and easy. In this episode, host Ekta spoke to two of the three founders, Lindsay Holden, and Britta Chatterjee. Lindsay is a retail professional and sales savant with over 15 years of experience; the past eight years serving as a Senior Buyer for Target corporation. She’s led multiple cross-functional teams to develop merchandising strategy, product development, promotional strategy, and much more. She has also run P&Ls across both brick and mortar and online businesses. A consummate marketer, Britta has spent the last 15 years of her career across six different industries in both manufacturing and retail including Target and General Mills, working to build brands, restructure broken businesses, and find new revenue streams. For the past five years, she has focused on helping brands within the beauty space re-define their strategies through the lens of the consumer.--- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/skincareanarchy/messageSupport this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/skincareanarchy/supportSupport the show
