0:42.4	Thank you so much for having me on. Yeah, I know. I'm so excited to be able to talk to you.
0:48.0	You know, Samantha, I also had the pleasure of talking to Brynn as this book was in its publication
0:54.4	process and so we've been really hyped up about this book now for quite some time as the
1:00.0	that process has been going along. So, Brynn, thank you again so much. We really welcome you to the show.
1:06.0	And I'd like if you don't mind to let's get started by telling folks a little bit about how
1:11.3	you came to write this book. How did this book even come into being for you?
1:15.6	You know, I was doing sessions as a past life regressionist and life between lives
1:20.7	hypnotherapist. I worked with Michael Newton, Roger Walgur, Brian Weiss early on and then my
1:27.4	sessions started to change. My sessions started to take on this other format and kind of go to the
1:33.2	next level. And so as that was happening, I had just really unique client experiences and I decided
1:41.3	and I was giving guidance to write the book. But at the time, I was trying to sort out what the
1:47.2	book was going to be about and why I was being shown that guidance. So it took time and I sorted
1:52.8	through sessions and then this book in its current format emerged. Well, I want to talk about
