The biggest lesson that I learned in 2024 was not to take things personally.

Now, I'm going to share some stuff on this episode that are very personal.

And it's a story of resilience that I think you'll appreciate.

You see, at the end of 2022, I was coming off of a record year like most people in business.

And I bought a building that cost me about $6 million all in accounting furniture

rehabilitation, purchasing the property and remodeling it, all that.

And my thoughts were, buy this building and I'm going to get a tax break.

And I did get a tax break, but my accountants

at the time, they're fired now, made a huge mistake. And so in April of 23, they tell me I don't owe

any taxes. Cool. I go out. I furnish my whole building, spend another, you know, seven figures on

furniture, stages, lighting, all the stuff we need to make

the building happen. And then November of that year, I get a email from this fired CPA company saying
