start with a reflection of all the signs of the human presence in the world, people, hearing the sounds of people, the lawnmowers, seeing the buildings,

cars, hearing any sounds associated with a world filled with other people.

You know, resistance, just allowing your... Just allowing yourself to share the world with others.

Let go of awareness of people and just bring your awareness to the signs and signs and images of nature.

So allowing the sands of cars and planes and any human sounds to recede and any images

and focus your mind on the sound of birds, the trees,

all the sensations that are natural.

And just see if you can allow those impressions of the natural world to fill up your awareness, making your mind is spacious and full, a very broad awareness. I'm going to Oh, cool. feeling no separation between you and the natural, so experiencing the natural air, gas,

heaviness, liquidity of the body.

no sense of being different from the natural world.

Actually we are expressions of nature. So there's nothing that's separating us.

There's no feeling of isolation or difference,

just focusing on the sensations of the natural internally and the natural externally. I'm going to. I'm going to Now at this point, begin to let go of the considerations of the natural abundance around us and just feel the connection with the earth itself.

If you like, this is a wonderful time to not only close the eyes, but if you like to lie down for a moment and just feel yourself lying, connecting, releasing into whatever way makes you comfortable.

And just like we did last night if you want to feel the earth rising so that it becomes level with the top of your body or feel yourself sinking lower into the earth so that suddenly you don't feel above but a sense of connection.
