0:18.6	number 572. My name is Marshall. I want your limited resources and joining me online all the way from Denver, Colorado. It's Louise, Scott Fargis.
0:27.0	Louise, how's Thanksgiving week treating you?
0:30.0	It's just fine. We're doing a little low-key thing here at home, you know, as one does these days.
0:35.4	Though I am I decided, you know, this of all years is a great year not to do a turkey.
0:41.7	In fact, I just don't do a turkey at all anymore.
0:43.4	I haven't for a last couple of years.
0:45.4	And for our protein, I'm actually picking up Piconia from Fogo.
0:50.7	So...
0:51.7	What is Piconia? The top sirloin, the little like C-shaped one. Yes. Oh my God. Are you going to serve it off of a sword and everything? No, I don't have access to a sword and not getting one for this, but we'll put it on a plate. It'll still taste pretty good.
1:06.2	So I have to ask though, are you anti-Turkey?
1:08.7	Yeah, I think that turkey is pretty overrated.
1:12.9	Like, we don't eat turkey other parts of the year,
1:14.9	even though we could if we wanted to.
1:16.9	Like, I understand it has like significance to some people,
1:19.6	and that's totally fine, but I don't really see a reason
1:21.9	to eat something that I just think generally is below par.
1:26.1	You never order turkey at a restaurant.
1:27.8	That to me is the best.
1:29.8	Yeah.
