number 389. My name is Marshall. I'm one of your limited resources and joining me on the line all the way from somehow snowy Denver, Colorado. It's Louise Scott Vargas.

I'm doing well.

I got a new mic and by that I mean I

rotated my mic so I'm talking to the correct side of it.

We just spent like 15 minutes getting everything sorted and we came to some simple conclusions

of course after picking this mic from which was this number one two or three from last week. This is this was number three I think.

All right. We've uh that was too good by the way. We've got a full show for you here with a few different topics lined up. We've got a touch

kind of a check-in on Ammon Kit for some of the things that we didn't have time for

last week and then we've got a more level up topic as well lined up for you.
