and it's got an ice pack, and it's elevated.

Yeah. Like, because sometimes people ignore these little,

these lighter ones, and they're like like it'll be fine and then it

takes way way longer so it's not giving you any pain though right you can focus in on the

task at hand oh I find I do a lot better when I have a little bit of pain

oh geez all right well we're not going into that.

So what we're going to do for this week on the show is we're in Nashville for the Pro Tour.
