Summary

Episode 9. Our guests this week are Michael Marcus and his mother Mary. Mary is 81 years old and has been sober for 34 years. Before that, she lived deep in the world of prescription drugs, easy money and cocaine addiction. She was Mike’s crimey and confidant in the drug game and together they made it through all the violence, heartbreak and insanity to be here tonight and share their story. 1:13.7	there on the on the Newport peninsula where dude lives you know so his his house sits on the
1:19.3	peninsula but across streets the beach you know the other house in the beach and I was there and
1:23.2	like we're driving I was like fuck I got arrested here 30 years ago for hurling throwing a water
1:29.5	balloon which I didn't do so one arrest I have that I was innocent and the cops knew I was
1:34.8	innocent they told the girls they were arrested next door let's arrest that asshole with the mohawk
