Hey, what's going on guys? Welcome back to the Jeremy Scott Fins podcast, a video show. Coming to you on this Saturday, September the 19th, 2020. Hopefully it finds you staying safe and staying sweaty all at the same time. And if you're watching on YouTube, welcome you guys. As you can see, we are decorating the office in full force here so it's very colorful

0:23.1

and eclectic that is for all of you watching and for me this is basically become my man cave here

0:29.2

since i own a home uh but i'm married so for the dudes out there that means you own the home but

0:37.0

nothing actually in the house was put up by you.

0:41.2

Like, I've talked about this before on the podcast. I look around my house, I'm like, there's not one

0:45.1

thing on the walls, not one thing on the shelf, not one thing anywhere that was picked out by me

0:52.0

or put up by me, because that's just how my wife likes to roll. And that was picked out by me or put up by me because that's just how my wife likes to roll.

0:56.7

And that was what I would call losing the small battles so you can win the big ones, my friends.

1:02.4

And I'm not a real home-de-court kind of guy so I can take the L on that one.

1:07.2

But basically, my office, my podcast studio here here has become my man cave of all the stuff

1:14.8

that i would put up in my house if my wife was like me but she's not which is a good thing so

1:20.6

anyways that is nothing to do with today's podcast but just we are decorating in my very messy unique way in full force here but today's podcast is

1:31.7

going to be quick i literally just got done with a excuse me terrible a little metcon workout i took

1:38.4

myself through that's probably the hardest i have punched it by myself in a long time in terms

1:43.6

of the metabolic stuff i I kind of have that

1:45.3

bike ski cough going on here, which is just, it's been a while. And I don't miss it for sure.

1:52.1

I went through a little 20 ski cows, 10 full range of motion, dead stop pull-ups, 20 salt bike

1:58.7

cows, and then 10 push-ups, subtract tworact 2 and subtract 1 every round as you go.

2:03.4

So then you go 18 ski cows, 9 pull-ups, 18-bite cows, 9 push-ups,

2:09.5

and all the way down to zero resting as you need to.

2:11.9

And it took me about 28 minutes, and I'm feeling it for sure.

2:16.2

Definitely that was not... If you chase quality reps, that is not a fun, fun workout to do, especially if you're doing real pull-ups. If you're doing the, the kipping kind of croppy flop shit, then obviously it's way easier. But if you're doing legit pull-ups and you weigh over 200 pounds like I do, it is no easy feat, so I am hanging on by a thread right now.
