1:09.6	they're growing up not being able to find kind of where they fit in. I guess for each of you did you
1:15.1	feel that? Oh definitely yeah I'm from Trinidad so it's a I mean everyone there it's an integrated society's more so
1:26.4	than the United States but there's still definitely with a little bit of you know
1:30.4	more subtle segregation between groups of people and so I always kind of felt a little bit of a misset
1:38.4	maybe not as much as I would have if I had been raised here but yeah I definitely got a little bit of that and not feeling beautiful because it wasn't someone who looked exactly like me around it because my mom is looking exactly like me and my like me and my aunt doesn't look exactly like me so yeah I mean I definitely
1:56.0	felt like it was difficult for me to find a place not only in school but also my
2:01.5	family because my father was black and my mom comes
2:05.0	from a really large Italian family and my dad's family was all in the south and I
2:09.8	grew up in the north like in Boston so I wasn't around my black family a lot.
