Welcome back everybody, how are you?

Oh my God, I totally pulled my back out.

What a disaster.

I was, I got up early, I took the dogs outside. I was cleaning the kitchen and you know when you just want to get it all done and just have to be perfect and so I went it I have a garbage compactor, which my builder always laughs at me and he's like,

you're the only one left on the planet that has a garbage compactor.

Do you guys not have one of those?

I love that.

It's the best thing ever, or else we'd be taking up the garbage all the time anyway so I have the garbage come back there and I went to go pull it out

And I bent over and lifted it exactly the wrong angle and my back just completely seized.

I had to get on all fours in the kitchen.

Oh my gosh.

And so I am a little bit of a disaster. So I guess I'm taking a few days off working out and

Concentrating on some other things I'm super excited Becca Tobin is here today. You know her and love her from the lady gang, from Glee, from so many incredible things. She's just unbelievable and I'm really excited to have her so stay tuned.
