Pleasure to be here. It's great to see you. So let's talk about lifestyle design. It's one of

my favorite subjects. When I say lifestyle design,

what does that make you think of? So to me, lifestyle design is just about intentionality.

It's about bringing intentionality and that intentional design component to every single part of your life, you know,

from your personal life and your family life to your social life, you're obviously your career

and professional life, your finances, right, your personal finances. And really building this

from the ground up from a place of what does my ideal lifestyle and ideal life look like?

You know, what's what do I want to be doing at 1137 on a Tuesday morning?

You know, um, so some people, some people don't like that term lifestyle design.

You know, they might find it pretentious. I love it. I think that there is nothing more important than getting super

intentional about every component of your life. Because if you don't, then the river of life is just

going to float you downstream, right? And you will be at the whims of that river. So yeah,
