So, Joseph, how did you find me, land geek?

How did you get started?

Oh, man.

It was a tough situation.

So my wife has talked about land investing.

She talked about like, you know, when we drive, she would tell me, hey, look at that land, must have some value.

As a teacher for 10 years, I look at plan and I think, well, it's just dirt. Who would be interested in dirt, right?

And so when she got sick, and is it okay if I share my story here?

Yeah, absolutely.

Right?

So when she got sick, you know, she had to go to things like chemo and radiation.

And she's doing well now. She's, you know, She's been healed by Jesus. And so we were having a hard time

connecting because as a teacher, I still had to go to work. I still had to go to school. I serve
