people will often say I was asked in an interview the other day. They said how do you

combat lifestyle creep? And I said I don't like the question. What does that even

mean? What does lifestyle creep mean? We know it's a negative and we know people treat it that way,

but what does that even mean?

It's like, oh, well, oh man, lifestyle creep, it really just crept up on us.

Look at these expenses, they're all just kind of surprising us.

That just sounds to me like someone that is experiencing money misalignment, someone that is

recognizing there's some friction,

where their money is doing something

and what they care about is maybe not totally addressed.

So with the idea of lifestyle creep,

are we saying we don't want to ever improve something?
